All our compliance inspections have very flexible scheduling.
We guarantee your NSW Compliance Certificate will be provided within 24 hours of the inspection.
We require only 1-2 business days notice to book an inspection.
Standard Residential Pools
Initial Inspection: $300.00 + GST
Re-Inspection (if required): $175.00 + GST (Re-Inspection is applicable if the pool does not comply during the initial inspection and a re-inspection is requested by the client.)
No charge for issuing NSW compliance certificate
Residential Spa Inspection
Initial Inspection: $220.00 + GST
No charge for issuing NSW compliance certificate
Payment Terms
For Strata and Real Estate Agents: Payments are to be made by the first date after the report/inspection is provided (either the 15th or 31st of the calendar month).
For Individuals: Payment must be made at or prior to the inspection.
